About Jehad
We all own the most well designed machine known to man. Finding what moves us takes a bit of searching, some digging or simply that call to action!
My mission is to GUIDE the WORLD in finding a method of movement that serves us physically and mentally while being convenient, independent, and sustainable for supporting the activities we love and enjoy doing.
As a student to the Institute for Integrative Health and Fitness Education, I value form and funtion through the principles of Alignment, Breathing and Control. Specializing in movement is a gift because it allows me to serve all no matter what age or ailment we all deserve to breathe, move, and connect.
Guidance is my first priority. I plan to use a system of referring to the best health and wellness professionals who may specialized out of my scope of practice to serve ones needs as a standard.

Setting up a strong foundation powered by their "why"
We all need to be reminded why we continue drive forward everyday. Being intentional to cater to our body for at least 10 minutes daily is my first ask to giving more for yourself. With that consistency we can get that train back on track from any slow or dead stop point.
