About Jamie
With my background in sports, powerlifting, bodybuilding, nutritioin, and general health and wellness, I am confident I can help you reach your health and fitness goals while also making the process fun and educational!
I started as a volleyball coach then fell in love with the process of helping people and eventually moved into personal training and nutrition guidance once I personally was finished playing volleyball.

In working with new clients I always make sure to first run a thorough assessment of the clients goals, needs, wants, background, desires, and ability. From there we work together to construct a fitness and/or nutrition plan for you to work off of with me and without me!
All kinds! I work with kids all the way up through elderly adults. Ranging from the very beginner to the extremely advanced. Both male and female.
