About AJ
Fitness and personal training are what i devote all of my time and energy to, they give me LIFE. I am a Classic Physique bodybuilding competitor and before that i dabbled with tons of other types of fitness (Crossfit, Cage Fighting, Soccer, Track...) . I will go above and beyond to help you reach your fitness goals no matter how big or small they may be because after all we only get ONE life... best make sure we live it on our terms !!

1.) Meet & Greet - introduce myself and get to know a bit about the client and what exactly they are trying to accomplish.
2.) Game Plan - create a plan that is tailored to what the client is trying to accomplish and explain my thought process to them (There's always a method to the madness.)
3.) START WORKING ! - follow through with the game plan and achieve our goals
