About Christina
As a diversity leader in the yoga industry at I understand that yoga comes in all shapes and sizes. Diversity is just another kind of difference. I recognize diversity is a valuable source of insight and adaptability, and offer high-quality service to all my students.
Differing abilities are a part of that healthy diversity. It’s my business as founder to promote inclusiveness throughout various organizations, and to advocate for policies and programs that support my students.
My experience has been first hand dealing with my own Disabilities, learning, coping with the daily challenges. Since 2015 I have been teaching Yoga at various locations starting with Southern Ocean County, expanding to Monmouth & Atlantic County and recently expanded my practice internationally, in 2017.
Yoga is a relationship between mind, body and breath. Yoga is freedom and release. I am here to help others enjoy this so they can feel the same things that I feel as I keep learning and understanding this evolving practice. As a teacher, I enjoy teaching anyone who is willing to push themselves a bit and to go a little past their comfort zone. I enjoy teaching students that are willing to listen to their own bodies.
