About Lindsay

Lindsay English is a certified Dance, Pilates, Fitness and Lyra instructor. Her ultimate goal is to inspire a healthy lifestyle through movement, body awareness, confidence and self care. With over 30 years of combined teaching experience, Lindsay has been afforded the opportunity to work all over the United States with clients and students of all ages and backgrounds! She is inspiring, encouraging and truly wants you to get the most out of every session! Lindsay began her Pilates journey over a decade ago in order share her love of physical strength, flexibility, dance and posture. She loves the freedom to help her clients, at their own pace and to help them achieve their individualized health + fitness plans!

Lindsay is a graduate from Northwestern State University with a major in Musical Theatre and a double minor in Dance and Kinesiology. As a former gymnast and a highly trained BASI Pilates and Dance instructor, Lindsay brings level of professionalism and personal attention to each client that walks into her studio. She is encouraging and empathetic to each client’s abilities, pains, strengths and struggles.

She has always been passionate about the art of movement, dance, flexibility as well as nutrition and health. Her passion in life is to inspire others (young, old and in between) to take control of their health! Lindsay truly believes that a healthy body, will generate a healthy mind and soul!!

About the lesson

I highly recommend my Intro to Pilates package! It consists of 4 private sessions which will introduce you to the various equipment in my studio. Within these 4 sessions, I will be able to custom tailor a regimen for your body!
