I do online personal training! Work out from your home with no travel! I’ve been training for 10 years and have worked with all different ages and all different situations (such as musculoskeletal issues, weight issues, or general fitness)!
I love helping people feel better about themselves, whether it’s confidence with working out or how you look.

Kristina is such a nice person who has helped me a lot already, even though we have only had four sessions so far.
