About Chantel
I'm excited about helping people achieve their fitness goals! It's important to keep your FAITH throughout the process, I am here to assist and guide you to make that much needed transformation through motivation, dedication and hard work. It’s a process, we don’t give up we push through and overcome limitations holding us back from being the best we can in the only vessel we’re issued.
What makes me passionate about working with athletes is that I too was an athlete for 18 years! I played college basketball and Track & Field. My journey began at only 7 years old. I realized that I loved the WORK I had to put in to stand out, it became a hobby. Training to be the best at what I did was always the part that I enjoyed the most. I majored in Strength and Conditioning in college which covers sports nutrition, kinesiology and exercise science. I wanted to dedicate my free time to helping other athletes although I didn’t embark on being a strength and conditioning coach at an institution. Now it’s time for YOU to take it to the next level and be the best one out there! Hard work beats talent every single time, let’s go!
