About Christina

Greetings! My name is Chrissy Michelle. I am a passionate yoga, mediation and pranayama (breathing) instructor. Born and raised here on the Monterey peninsula, I wanted to get an authentic yoga training experience, so I decided to go to the source: Rishikesh, India. Here is where I was fully immersed into the world of Yoga. This authentic experience has brought my practice and teaching to an entirely new level of understanding and enthusiasm.The mental and physical clarity it can bring is life changing and I hope to share this with those who want to experience these benefits as well.

I want to make yoga as accessible as possible for my community, so if you are on a tight budget or are experiencing financial difficulties, please ask about my sliding scale payment options! I am happy to work with you!

I enjoy sharing my love and knowledge of yoga with others. Assisting students with their physical, emotional, and mental health is something I find truly rewarding.

About the lesson

I have worked with students as young as 12, and up to 68 years old. As well as students with minor injuries, high stress, and high blood pressure.
