Private studio no one else is training while you are just you your music and the trainer
The results I get and how happy that makes my clients.I am a teacher first showing them how to complete a specific exercise with correct form .Then explaining witch muscles were used and why .There is a muscle mind connection that most people don't understand .Thats my job ,to help with that connection for optimism results that most don't get on the own.
Exercise is the fountain of youth and I love teaching people how to do it better
