About Tamra

At EHF ((concealed information) every client fills out an extensive health questionnaire and is treated as an individual. My focus is on the whole body and mind and making permanent lifestyle changes. The one formula fits all doesn't work in the real world, we are all very different mentally and physically and should be treated as such. As a Naturopathic Doctor I look at the whole person and create and fitness and or nutritional plan based on the whole person. At Executive Health and Fitness, education is the key. It is not enough to just workout for an hour and leave with no knowledge of why you just performed specific exercises or how to implement health changes in your life. The true value of making permanent lifestyle changes is taught by setting real goals and being accountable.

All clients are treated as individuals not as package deals. Clients are trained with the highest level of education and standards in the health field. All exercises, nutritional feedback, goals and health concerns are documented at every session.

Each client will learn not only about proper exercise and diet for their lifestyle but also how to achieve their goals outside of Executive Health and Fitness. Clients will experience how the mind and body can work together resulting in the ultimate goal of making permanent lifestyle changes.

At Executive Health and Fitness, your time is important and never wasted. Every minute with your trainer is quality time spent learning and being motivated!

Tamra P Herb is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer of 18 years, Dietitian and Naturopathic Doctor who has worked in the health field for over 20 years helping clients with all kinds of medical conditions including cancer recovery survivors. Tamra’s knowledge and motivation empower people physically, nutritionally and mentally to make permanent life style changes that truly create wellness in all areas of their lives.

About the lesson

Personal trainer lessons offered by Tamra are tailored to each student's needs and level. Lessons can also be held online. Lessons are also available in Santee. The first lesson is free to define learning goals and methodology.
