I love training students of all walks of life, helping Seniors with balance or strengthening the weekend warriers.
Working with post injuries or chronic imbalances. i have experience to do it!
Listening to my clients and creating the right protocols to make them feel pain free, flexible and strong. Seeing their improvements!
I am National Association of Sports Medicine and Corrective Exercise certified for personal training as well as Pilates Member Alliance and Balanced Body University certified for Pilates.

I provide a free 1/2 hour session for new students either in the gym or over the phone. After that I do an assessment which determines the frequency and the content of the sessions going forward.
