About Robbin
I am an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher. I have a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. I have utilized the physical and mindful practices of yoga to recover from 2 major surgeries, hysterectomy and spinal fusion. I love helping and empowering others to be the strongest version of themselves. I work with a levels of physical ability and ages from the elderly to professional athletes and tween/teens. I will not work with anyone under the age of 18 without a parent present.
Though I love teaching group classes I prefer private and small group yoga because the connection is so much stronger.

First visit is a consultation to make sure we are a fit and there is no charge. Then in a visit or two we will work together to assess biomechanical imbalances and what we can do to help them. Then the work begins.

The work out is truly custom to your body and needs. Robbin has a wonderful wit and personality that puts you in a place of comfort and acceptance. I highly recommend booking an appointment weather you are a beginner or advanced. You will learn so much about yourself.
