About Connor
My name is Connor Rosevear. I am an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and former INBA(International Natural Bodybuilding Association) Western USA Teen Champion. I will be holding training sessions at Eagle Canyon Park during the upcoming summer and fall months. So, if you are interested in getting in shape while enjoying the nice weather, come on down. Public group sessions will consist of cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility training. Private training sessions will be customized based on what your specific goals are. Since sessions will be done in a public place, my training sessions are quite affordable at: $10 per person for public group sessions and $20 for private sessions with an additional $10 per person if you wish to invite others to join you. For private sessions I also offer Cardio Boxing. Sessions are 1 hour long. Public group sessions will be starting out on Saturdays at 12p.m. Please call or text before attending public sessions.
