Peter has been training me for the last 8 months and I can really see notable differences in my physique. He pushes you and I come out with pain (good though) after each work out. Boxing was something I never expected to like but he has made it a lot of fun!

Been training with Peter for the past 3 years, his knowledge of boxing is outstanding. But his also knowledgeable in strength training, cardio training, and nutrition to name a few. That makes him one of the best trainers I had work with and will continue to work with.

So far my experience with Pete has been great, we have done CrossFit style training, boxing and cardio as well. He helped me get in better shape for my basketball season. The training is good for any fitness level from beginner to pro. I highly recommend peter harp for a personal trainer.
