About Brian
I have been engaged in sports all of my life including marathon cycling, bodybuilding, basketball, baseball, and hiking. I have been a professional fitness trainer since the 1980's, and had owned and operated an holistic health care practice from 1997 - 2017. I am sure I can help with your fitness and health goals.
