I got an interest inteaching others since I was always working out since I was a teenager and after finishing school in Physical Therapy

I am certified as a fitness trainer with many specialties that include weight loss, kickboxing, Pilates and stretching

About the lesson

The student decides where is best to meet and we have to agree the time and location

I have worked with athletes, teenagers, seniors and injured clients looking to rehab due to an illness

I advice to look for qualified instructors who will not hurt you in the process. There are not shortcuts to get fit and healthy.

I enjoy working with weight loss clients and seeing the transformation and benefits they go through
