About LeLand

I am passionate about helping clients accomplish personal goals and giving them a newfound outlook on life. My clients learn through a process of assessments and types of movement that fitness isn't all about the appearance. It makes for a great personal experience.

I enjoy clients who have excitement about their goals and are willing to learn how to effectively accomplish the. Coaching is like breathing to me. It's important that I come fully prepared to asssit the people I work with.

Phone consultation for 30 minutes to ensure we're a good fit. Then mapping out their program.

In my 15 years of work I've worked with youth, high school kids, rehab clients, sports performance and businessmen and women.

All have unique backgrounds and a desire to be their best.

Make sure your personalities are compatible for the accountability you desire, but also for how you best receive information.

LeLand is not only extremely knowledgeable but is very relatable and easy to talk to. He understands how overwhelming a weight loss journey can be while trying to balance a personal and professional life. He is supportive in every aspect of training and nutrition. Making sure you have proper form during workouts to prevent injury, you stretch before or after workout to prevent soreness, and encourages other practices such as massage and yoga to help improve mobility and prevent injury. When/If you fall off the wagon he makes sure to talk through it to find the underlying issue and get you back on track. He is a very straight forward coach. He will be very upfront with you in regards to how he operates and what he expects from you. I know that I will see results when I follow his plan. He is a great all around coach and I would recommend him to anyone, no matter their ability.
