About Shari
I have been teaching for 30 years. I am at the top of my field in movement therapy. I have extensive knowledge in fitness training, body mechanics, injury prevention and rehabilitation. I have many years of education and hands on work with all types of fitness needs. whether someone wants to excel in a sport or be able to get of bed without pain. I have personally experienced many different areas of fitness and can teach from person experience as well as knowledge
