I love helping people become happier and healthier through my boxing workouts. Get out of your normal every day workout routine and try a boxing workout with me. You can get fit and learn how to defend yourself through my carefully designed boxing workouts.

I have been teaching almost my whole life but officially began when I opened up my own boxing gym to help kids of all ages as well as adults looking for a new type of workout. So i designed a special strength and conditioning boxing workout to give my clients the most complete and fun workout around.

About the lesson

I like to have an intial meet and greet and go over my clients fitness goals and what they want to achieve. I put them through an intial workout and design my boxing workout around their abilities..

I work from kids as young as 8 years old to adults as old as 65.
