I do a test for their Posture and range of motion. We discuss their nutrition and see if they have either allergies or a medical condition that would have them avoid certain foods
I have worked with Pro athletes as well as elderly people both active and others that need a little more assistance. I have also worked with people who have mental and physical disabilities
