Gravity Defying Fitness, founded in 2007 and located in New Orleans, Louisiana, is a unique fitness studio that helps you defy age, fears, and expectations. Owned by Lorelei Ashe, a retired circus performer, the studio offers a variety of fitness programs, including aerial fitness and personal training, using circus equipment like trapeze, silks, hoops, and more.
