About Miriam
I have been training as an Advanced Personal Trainer for 9 years now and what I love the most is seeing my clients strength improve of course physically but just as importantly-mentally and emotionally. I am your biggest cheerleader and challenger on your journey of self love and care for hopefully the rest of your life!

Our first session will be an assessment-nothing scary I promise! This is to just see where your body is at with flexibility, strength and endurance. It is also a great time for us to get to know each other and for you to share about past/current injuries, your goals and any concerns you might have.
