Coach Hermes was very competent in teaching my two daughters’ gymnastics skills. My older one is in training lvl 7 and my younger one is in training lvl 5. Hermes teaches them more advance skills. I also like it that he will spot them when they do the challenging skills. Believe me, not all coaches will spot a kid even when the kid does some new skills! Hermes is also patient and encouraging to my girls. Their gymnastics skills have improved and they always have a good session with coach Hermes.

Coach Hermes is an excellent coach. He works on the gymnast’s weakness, as well as her strengths. He knows how capable the gymnast is and how far she can be pushed. He’s very attentive and spots when the gymnast is working on skills that she may not be strong in.
