I am a Nutritionist and Personal Trainer providing complete plans including diet and exercise to maximize weight loss and health.
I love helping people transform their lives with diet exercise - losing weight, improving health, getting off medications and becoming toned and fit.

i have a Masters degree in Nutriton, am a liscensed and registered dietitian, ACE certified personal trainer and various certifications in group and yoga
