About Lindsey
I am a professional mma fighter 7-4, I fight for Bellator, Invicta, & Rizin. I am a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I have been doing Muay Thai and boxing for over 10 years. I also have a Bachalors in Nutrition and am working on my masters. I have the NASM personal training certification along with corrective exercise , brain specialist, age specialist, and group training certifications. I love what I do and love to helping others.
I love teaching kids and adults. It's something I'm very passionate about.
I have a bachalors in Nutrition and am always learning, while working on my masters.
I have the NASM Personal Training certification a long with others. I've worked and trained at many gyms.
I have been training in Martial arts since I was 7.
I have had 11 ammy fights in mma and Muay Thai and have 11 pro mma fights.

I offer lessons for $50/hr or if you pay for a package of 10 up front u get the first lesson for free.
