Have associates degree in health&wellness w/emphasis on personal fitness training
Will completing or have completed a certification with International Sports Science Association
I have worked x amount of hours at the Hess Warrior Fitness Center on Hill Air Force Base assisting other personal trainers during 1 on 1 sessions with clients along with group fitness class’s
I have worked as a life skills instructor at non-profit organization coaching individuals through day to day routines to give them the tools to succeed in daily life practices and etc.
Also work with Managed Wealth Financial Firm in the Financial planning industry to help family’s plan, save, eliminate debt and build a future with financial freedom.
I really enjoy the fitness industry and my main goal is helping individual’s and there family’s improve there individual health and wellness through teaching proper fitness techniques /habits and give the financial freedom through financial planning offensive/defensive strategy’s .
