About Curtis

Here at fitness with Sirbbb I incorporated yoga with fitness while giving my clients an outside experience for 3 days working on breathing techniques as well as balance and stretching and for 2 days it will be at eos for strength training as I have a membership that allows me to bring a guest also included in the week sessions Is a meal prep guide I care about not only your outer body but what you put into it as well💚 I am a certified personal trainer who has enjoyed fitness my whole life. You can also follow me at Sirbbb_ to truly get an insight of what I do and also my passion for helping people reach their target weight goals as well as fitness Goals.

About the lesson

We start from from the ground up with yoga stretching then work I'll say up , slow but steady is my model.
