About Suzanne
I thoroughly enjoy working with people who want to introduce fitness into their lives or regain the fitness they once had! It is my opinion that it is NEVER to late to get started! Fitness as a lifestyle is very important to me as I age, and I love to pass on that mindset to the people I work with!!
Seeing people achieve things with their bodies that they may have thought they could never do is so wonderful! When they see the progress for all their hard work pay off, I am thrilled! Helping people feel successful is a huge part of my philosophy.
I have 10 years experience in personal training and CrossFit coaching. I have worked with all age groups from teen to seniors!
