About Jody
I can provide anything from prevention and wellness strategies, holistic nutrition and health coaching, muscle energizing for self-spinal realignment, vestibular and balance assessment and management, personal training for seniors, adults and youth. 30 + years as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, fitness instructor, strength and conditioning instructor, holistic nutrition and health coach! I love what I do and love helping people achieve their goals for greater Independence and top level fitness!!
I love to help people achieve; to feel confident and capable of doing and being there best! I love to be an encourager-healer-teacher-student!
