We utilize all methods of physical training to get our clients the best results. The client comes first . I have been a personal trainer for 12 years I have been boxing since I can remember I was a all American football player and I also was invited too the Olympics I have a true passion to teach.

Teach feet work is a pet peeve of mine and every boxing coach should teach the jab first an they should teach them how to defend the jab .
make sure the trainer practices what he preaches .

I have a bachelors degree in physical science and several certificates in exercise therapy and nutrition and strength and conditioning as well.
