About Amber
As an ACE certified personal trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist, I look at the big picture. Everything is customized to individual needs with a focus on functional strength and overall fitness. I pride myself on providing quality programming to help you reach your goals.
Fitness has been a passion of mine for over twenty years. I am constantly learning new things and putting that knowledge to good use helping others. I especially love to help people feel strong and healthy!
I am a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise.

We'll start with building a solid foundation in movement patterns and muscular strength then progress from there.
