About Jimmy

I have a custom built trailer that I have turned into a gym on wheels!

I love fitness and want to share with people how easy, accessible and enjoyable it can be.

I fell into it, really. A close friend asked for some help so we started working out together. That led to a few more people contacting me asking if I could help them as well. One day it hit me that I could train people and help them full time. The idea that I could do what I love and help people instead of sitting behind a desk was like a bright flashing light that I just couldn't turn away from.

About the lesson

First we need to meet so that I can assess their movements while learning some information about what their current fitness habits are and what their goals are. Often clients think that I will show up and work them into oblivion right away. That's not how it works. The first couple of workouts are all about monitoring their movements and getting to know one another. Hopefully, this is a long term 'relationship' and it takes a little time to get to know one another to ensure that we can work together for both of our benefit.

All types. I have some clients who are athletes looking to get more explosive. some who are trying to lose weight after falling off the wagon. And some who are new to fitness entirely but saw that they needed to do something to better their lives and live more fully.

Meet them. Make sure that you like them. For a trainer to help you reach fitness goals takes time and if you dont enjoy working with them, it just won't work.

When one of my clients called me to tell me that she had accidentally put on her "skinny jeans" and they fit. It was amazing to hear the excitement in her voice and it felt so fulfilling to know that the work that we were doing was paying off in tangible ways.

Details

My rate is $25 for a half hour session. I also have group rates and will do an hour session for $40. If a client books a month worth of sessions, 2 or 3 times a week. I offer discounts.
