About Lewis

I have been in the fitness industry for over 20 years with a multitude of successes. My clients haved ranged from beginners to competitive athletes. There is no goal too difficult to obtain.

I keep each sesssion engagining, while giving your body a taxing workout.

I am also a Sports Nurtitionist. Proper food and training will get the very best results.

I love to help people and enjoy their happinness when a goal is reached.

I have helped people reach goals since my early 20s. I studied and trained to be the best. When I stepped out of my career, I ended up in a full-time career in fitness.

I am a certifired personal trainer through NCSF, NSFA and AFAA.
I am a Sports nutrition specialist through NCSF.

About the lesson

I always like to meet in person with a new client for a consultation If I cannot, I at least want a phone consultation. This allows 2 things.
1) It allows me to see the client current condition and go over their goals.

2) it allows them to meet me and get an idea of my style and personality.

I have worked with various clients from beginners, people who struggled to lose weight, medical conditions, obese clients, injuries, metabolic issues, etc.

I have also worked with elite competitve athletes for contest prep coaching.
