About Kevin
I create efficient workout programs based on my clients wants and needs that I learn about you after we meet for an assessment.
My workouts include the perfect combo of boxing and weight training. Boxing is only included if you request it to be implemented into your cardio strength program!
I have been a Certified personal trainer since 2011. I’ve worked with over 450 clients from ages 8-65. I specialize in Strength training, Circuit training, injury prevention, and Boxing
