played college football

won numerous outstanding player awards

I have been training clients for 26 years

i have certifications from ACE, NASM NCEP, NFPT, Resist-a-Ball, AAI/ISMA

I am a pro bodybuilder and I train seniors, athletes, kids and general fitness

I enjoy most when a client reach a level they never thought possible

Started with 24 hour fitness in 1997

Studied exercise and sport science, certifications from NASM, ACE. NFPT, AAI/ISMA

About the lesson

Set up a consultation, go over their goals, do measurements,core and postural analysis, exercise demo for 4 major bodyparts

Brian definitely took me to that next level and from here on sky is the limit. Cant wait to start next prep and set the date for next competition.
