About Heidi
I began my fitness career back in March 2007 although I was a great instructor I didn't take control of my own personal weight until Jan. 2013. I finally realized that nutrition as well as exercise was the key to success and now I'm ready to help you with yours! I have the following certifications: AAAI/ISMA Personal Trainer certification, AAAI/ISMA Group Exercise Certification, AAFA Group Exercise Certification, Hit It!® Kickbox Certification, AAAI/ISMA Kickbox Certification, AAAI/ISMA T'ai Chi Certification, Bokwa (Basics 1), Zumba (Basics 1), Group Resistance Certification, AED/CPR Certification, Sports Nutrition Consultant, Insured.

It's challenging but she adapts excercises to each person's level. Its fast pace and fun.
