About Nancy
I help people turn healthy intentions into reality. We all have good intentions to eat and move more, but life can get in the way. We don't know where to start or we get stuck. Willpower is a limited resource. It's hard to make changes without support.
My passion is to help people reach their goals. I have been in fitness for 20 years. I am certified through the National Accademy of Sports Medicine for personal training, and as a women's fitness and fitness nutrition specialist.
We will determine your health goals and make a plan on how I can support you in accomplishing them.
I also teach Spinning, Pilates, Weight Training and TRX suspension training.
I can provide nutritional programs based on your needs and lifestyle preferences.
