About Matt
With a background in sports and calisthenics, I am familar with a wide array of exercise modalities. I will bring a workout that will fit with your goals, your interests, and your time!
Everyday I have the opportunity to impact a life for the better.
After spending years out in different gyms, I decided I wanted to extend my experience and knowledge to others. I started training one on one and online clients 3 years ago. I have also been coaching at Orangetheory fitness for the last 3 years.
I have my certified personal training license from NASM as well as continuing education within the fitness realm.

We started out by establishing the goals of the individual as well as assessing our starting point. From there we'll start to build a foundation for what works for your goals as well as what keeps you motivated to keep going. We will build a plan and get at it!
I've trained clients everywhere from 12 y/o to 83. I've had clients who's goals range from weight loss to athletic competition, to just general overall health.
