About Kimberly
There is a tailoring to the client in a very personable way. Utilizing the best methods to get you into better habits. I tailor our sessions to work to your strengths. There are many ways to achieve a goal and I am willing to work with you to get there utilizing those strengths. I enjoy being collaborative and when others realize its okay to not know how to do everything I come in as there is help that is effective and efficient.
Military for 10 years with a background of 13 years in health and wellness. With a lack of desire to be in gyms finding creative fun ways to work out had been a challenge. After doing lots of research and trials in different forms of fitness I wanted to offer that experience to others who also share my time deficiency and desire to be fit. As a USATF coach and mentor I thrive in the presence of achievement, progress and effort and hope to share that with you on your journey.
