About Dayron

My service stands out because I've been n athlete and have changed the lives of a lot of people. My specialty is turning the average person into whatever they dream to be. Body transformation is key for me. Confidence can go a long way in health and the way we look at ourselves.

I enjoy taking a persons dream and making them a reality. I've been a trainer for more then 9yrs now. Ima also a first responder and love helping others

I started as athletic trainer and track coach.

I am ace certified

kettlebell certified

speed and condition coach with certifications

About the lesson

First meeting we talk about realistic goals and how to achieve them. We will also go over your eating as well.

I've worked with kids age 5-15, adults and professional athletes
