I offer daily live online 20~minute yoga &:or kettlebell sessions, personal training, private group training & nutritional coaching. Most training is done remotely via Zoom, Facetime or Google Duo
I'm a Certified Yoga Instructor, Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach who specializes in helping individuals that are beginners, overweight &/or anyone who would normally would skip exercise. I enjoy helping others do their best
