About Vanaplus
I've started training people since 2015.
I train elder, kids, and adults. I am specialized in weight loss and building muscle because I am a bikini competitor (one division for bodybuilding).
I work hard EVERY session with my clients to make sure they will get to their goals as fast as possible.
I love my job. I like to see the progress of my clients. When they see the result and they feel very happy, that makes my day.
Sessions come with: workout and nutrition plan.
experience with all fasting, ketogenic and carnivore diet.
I love when all my clients tell me how about they feel better about themselves. That motivates me to help even more people 😁
