About Merisa
I LOVE helping people get their health and fitness back. I deeply invest in my clients to the point their success becomes as important to me as it is to them. I make training fun and exciting but also know how to push and bring out your best that you didn't even know was in there. I look forward to meeting you and helping you smash your goals!
My passion for fitness and health started for me on a personal level at a very young age. I realized my passion to share this with others and help them in their fitness journeys was just as strong.
I have been an athlete competitively my whole life. I have experience in group classes, crossfit training, Olympic lifting, personal training, small focused groups and currently own and run my own gym and personal training business.

I do an initial consultation to lay out their goals, restrictions, motivations, passions and overall mental and physical well being. Then we do a quick assessment to see where they are at physically. From there we map out a training plan that best suits them, their schedule and their goals.
