About Personal
We are a private one on one training studio that focuses only on the individual and THEIR GOALS! We are holistic in the fact that we only focus on three things that work: resistance training, nutrition, and cardiovascular work. My fitness coaches talk about real issues and challenges during every session so you are ready to face any obstacles outside of the studio. Along with one on one training, we do fitness assessments in 3D with a Styku (only ones in Ohio) and require scheduled nutrition sessions to get you to your goals.
We get to help people change their life forever, by creating new, positive life changes that make sense to that individual! We get results!!
