I utilize a blend of disciplines (bodyweight, bands, gymnastics, yoga, FRC, weights) to maximize the stimulus to the body to induce transformation. I specialize in building strength first, which cascades into improved balance, endurance, functionality, and of course appearance.

New students go through a verbal and physical assessment so that I can get to know about your training history and movement abilities. From there I create a custom program to address any asymmetries, weaknesses, and client desires. From there we work together on the program either remotely through True Coach or in-person.
