Restore Your Body, is a place where you can rediscover, reconnect, renew your connection with your body. A place where a client can re-establish their connection between their mind and body. Where mothers can revitalize and strengthen their body for themselves and their baby throughout their pregnancy and into their postpartum journey. Restore Your Body was created for you.

I love helping feel strong and confident in themselves, in their body, and how they move! Working out with clients and watching them transform mentally and physically is truly amazing!

I actually used to be a professional ballerina. At about 23 I realized my body took a bit of a beating, I wasn't using the correct muscles, and I felt really out of touch with my body. I started with my Pilates certification and it grew from there. I went back to school for my Masters in Kinesiology, became NASM certified and for the last 5 years I have been training Prenatal and Postpartum Moms!
