About Bryan
I bring the workout to you. I motivate and inspire and listen to my clients.I modify and change my exercises according to my clients needs.
I am ISSA certified and have a background in team sports as well as a Competitive cyclist.
I enjoy connecting people with exercise as well as watching their confidence grow.
