About Curves
We are a fitness facility designed specifically for women featuring a complete, 30-minute workout that is fun, fast & safe. Membership includes personal coaching, classes, computerized feedback and in addition (optional) weight loss coaching.
I love coaching. I love inspiring members to be the best version of themselves. I expecially enjoy watching the members inspire each other as they get stronger themselves.
As a Curves Owner, I am certified by Curves and by the Cleveland Clinic. I am currently achieving my own fitness goals while I inspire others.
