About Anthony

Training and teaching numerous martial arts for 20 years. I've also been a strength and conditioning coach for fighters and law enforcement.

Boxing was my first sport and passion then I found Jeet Kune Do and the philosophy of cross training mixed martial arts to be well rounded

I enjoy teaching and bringing my students to the goals they set forth.
