I am versed in several areas of fitness. I cater training to each individual client. I have clients ranging from 8yrs old to 72yrs old.
32yrs Martial Arts Training (6th Dan Tae Kwon Do, Blue Belt BJJ, Trained Muay Thai in Thailand).
